All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or courier issues.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
